DP Media has a highly talented team of sales representatives who are all salaried employees, on the best remuneration structure available locally. As a result of this, allied with an enjoyable working environment and the high quality nature of the publications which we produce, DP Media enjoys a particularly low staff turnover. You can be assured that an experienced and high-achieving sales account manager will be assigned to your publication ensuring both quality and continuity of service.
All account managers are closely managed by team leaders who monitor on a daily basis their telephone activity and revenue achieved, and we have regular training and sales meetings to ensure that they remain consistently focused.
We have a dedicated administration team working full time using our extensive resources to research and source leads for the sales team in order to enable them to specifically target companies, which would benefit from advertising in your publication.
The administration team also send emails and media packs at the direction of the account managers in order that the sales team maximise their use of core calling time. In this way we find that they are not distracted from their principal role of selling advertising.
We operate our sales team on our own database and diary system which has been designed to maximise the efficiency of communications and sales. Every representative follows the DP Media system to ensure continuity throughout.
On receipt of a signed advertising order form from the advertiser, the order is processed by the administrator and entered into the data base by the production department who chase all artwork and raise all invoices. On publication of each issue, Simon Jones (Partner) checks, amends and sends out all invoices and deals with all other accounting matters. The account manager purely concentrates on generating more and more sales.

DP Media will invoice all advertisers, collect and chase payment. On publication date we will send you an all sales report from which you invoice us for your share of revenue. We will also assume responsibility for chasing late payments and bad debts, along with maintaining banned lists of problem advertisers. Our expertise in this area of our service is such that we write off less than 1% of revenue to bad debt each financial year.
If required we will keep you up to date with progress on any late payments and bad debts and will consult with you before any decision is made to abandon a bad debt.
